This transformative deal’s capital stack includes financing from IFF, Cinnaire, the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC), the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA), and Oakland County Trust Fund. This historic property will soon offer much-needed, mixed-income housing in the community.
