Jumi Consulting Group provided financial modeling and project management services for LJ Golden Realty to close on the Casa del Rey Apartment Building in Pontiac, Michigan. The Casa del Rey Apartment Building is a beautiful 50-unit property listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and has been vacant for over a decade. This transformative deal’s capital stack includes financing from IFF, Cinnaire, the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC), the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA), and Oakland County Trust Fund. This historic property will soon offer much-needed, mixed-income housing in the community.
