Jumi Consulting Group led DDI’s $2M acquisition of a 56-unit affordable apartment community in Metro-Detroit. This acquisition preserved an existing affordable housing property with a long-term mission-oriented owner and addressed a shortage of quality housing options, without displacing residents.

Jumi Consulting Group also led DDI’s Notice of Intent to Apply submission for MSHDA’s Gap Financing Program-Round 17. The submission of a 38-unit affordable housing complex in northwest Detroit, ranked among the top 10 submissions.
