Common Grounds CLT

Common Grounds Community Land Trust (CLT) consists of three community development organizations on Detroit’s east side-GenesisHOPE, MACC Development, and Doing Development Differently in Metro Detroit (D4) who are committed to intentional community development. These organizations aim to develop a CLT on the east side of Detroit with the goals of providing quality affordable housing, stabilizing their communities, and preventing further gentrification in their neighborhoods. The partnership team is uniquely positioned to steward community-driven development for generations to come.
